The actual $ amount is fairly immaterial to FLT in the scheme of a $3.58bn market cap company. But what it does provide is further certainty about how FLT can interact with suppliers. This is quite important IMO.
On a technical note, perhaps the good news released this morning was used by some larger holders to flush out the weak hands hoping to get a run on the recent break-out formation.. FLT is quite thin in the depth so it is relatively easy to push around. Price has started to recover now, unfortunately for those who had stops in at the prior low!
