Great to get your insight Jacobite. So I guess your angle on"critical mass" refers to the profitability that occurs once you have sufficient scale to cover your fixed costs such as systems etc? I still ask myself, are these systems sufficiently unique to be difficult to replicate by a competitor? (being fully cognizant here that the cultural aspects may not be that easy to replicate).
Also, you don't think the benefits from scale can increase unbounded, for the reasons previously discussed?
