Okay, thanks for the clarification. I believe the main method of remuneration comes in the form of payments from airlines based on total TTV over a specified period. On top of that, there are of course specific fees charged by FLT direct to the customer. Then there are arbitrage profits captured by the travel agent when they could procure flights at a lower price from the airline than the price quoted to and paid by the customer. Hope this helps.
