I don't really have a target price to go in with, but if I can get a yield greater than 9% gross,... I'm okay. If I continue seeing this yield, I will buy-in when I am happy,... I have lowered my dps forecast to only 37 cpu per 6 months now, no more 38 cpu,... just to be on the safe side. Everywhere in the net, it is mentioned that earnings for BOQ will be flat this year !
