indeed. AUC's management have been extremely prudent with their cash reserves and will not spend the amount on a whim. They had obviously done some due diligence based on recent surveys that were undertaken and are now comfortable to spend 500k in exploration expenditure within the next 2 years. Also, they have full control of the area as they have become the operator of that project with this JV.
Major gold mine in the area has a reserve of 20 million ounces and loads of copper.
