Investors,
AUC has entered into a farm and JV to acquire 80 percent interest in relation to the gold project adjacent to AUC's Boddington South project. As such, AUC has more than enough cash in the bank to move towards exploration expenditure. They have 7.937 Million in cash reserves with only a 0.95 Million exploration expenditure forecasted for next quarter.

Their quarterly activity report states that they had 'commenced the compilation of aeromagnetic and geochemical databases' for this acreage. Perhaps they had found something to give them the impetus to make this chess move...

I would love to hear from other posters on their views on this JV.
