Hi Trader, yes I live in Coogee which is only a couple of k,s from Henderson.
The precinct where Matrix is situated is large and is also where Austral ships is located. It is very impressive with a huge amount of industry relocating to the area.
From our back verandah we watch all the transportables and rocks being towed to Barrow Island.(Granite for the breakwater currently being built for Chevron)
I am a Roger Montgomery fan and believe Matrix has a great future.
