I have been tracking most infras since March.
This week they are blooming like spring daisies. Given current interest rates and pressures on pension funds and the like to return income streams it is no surprise.
They have largely been oversold and are cheap if the future income stream is reliable given current interest rates.
Feast while you can.
Only now and then does the opportunity to gear well come along.
