I'm not sure what has happened here but I have had to moderate a couple of posts that potentially could attract a legal threat. From this point on any such post will be met with a mandatory 7 day suspension. We do understand that it can be harrowing to be caught in a stock where value has evaporated but nevertheless this is a public forum and anyone can be held legally accountable for what they post. You do not want to add insult to injury. It might be a good idea if everyone has a quick read through the defamation guidelines. A link to them can be found at the bottom of our page.
