Just wondering if anyone can help me (and CMY directors, feel free to reply, since you patrol these threads), if directors aren't responsible for the success (or failure) of a publicly listed company, who is? Are shareholders directing their anger at the wrong people? At the end of the day, this company has achieved terrible outcomes. I don't think anyone would dispute that (it's in voluntary administration after all). Surely there are some people who are responsible for these failures and should be accountable?
