    There is over 25million from 0.2c to 1c.

    To my memory, he had to dump over 30mil shares in the price range of 1.3cent to 2cent.

    UNLESS he has lost faith in the company and is trying to make a meal out of its last legs with this proposal.

    Becoming senseless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
