Somehow we need to make it clear that this proposal will not be backed by the shareholders, now the other point is, who holds the major voting power, who are the major shareholders, please dont tell me its the "sophisticated bunch )....
I've been holding this sucker since 2005, It has been good and bad at times. But I have never seen a proposal that's this bad.
