    I thought I would take the time out to read the Annual Report - the worst I have ever seen. There is significant uncertainty that she will be an ongoing concern and may be wound up IMO. No cash, no assets, turmoil in the boardroom - nothing else to add.

    A big AVOID on this one from me.

    My sympathies KB - but this is a horror story.
