    wouldn't we all like to know

    it must be to do with Philippines .. there are apparently administrative disputes going on about transmission and EWC was the last in line for that access point and they are trying to get to the top of the line ... that annoys the day to day guys who process these licences and truly annoys the boys who are 10 times the size of EWC and ahead in the line
