Doesn't appear to be the case .. The shorts have been lent out again and the onslaught goes on ... The ability to get finance will be the only thing to reverse this short and I dont see that happening till 2020 if at all.... Sources in the Philippines tell me their balls are still in a vice regardless of the positive announcements made by the Elliots.
