It looks like the release is at the end of the report. (Last 2 pages).
I feel at the very worst, CLO is a hold if not a buy. A reduction in running expenses should see much improved results IMHO. Considering Murrey and Roberts intend increasing holdings to 51% over the next few years, it can only add support to the share price from a longer term perspective.
