    DG will still have a lot of assets and still be allowed to trade but may not have to pay DC for the works to build DG buildings. Could DG say that they are not paying DC because of damages?

    DG could still trade and do their own developments although I don't know if they could get subbies or how successful they would be. Construction could maybe still be performed by DGX or even directly via DG?
