Does anyone know if this scenario would work for Diploma Group?
If Diploma Group refuses to pay Diploma Construction millions of dollars owed and sends DC to the wall, could DG look good on the books and possibly still show a profit? If DC was late in handing over projects to DG, could DG claim from DC?
Could DG move as much debt as possible to DC and then shut it down? They have had long enough to do it. Just trying to work out how it suddenly lost $32m?
