    Hi Freddy,
    I'm not an expert, but my understanding from the announcement
    is that the gas formation may be too tightly packed to allow
    enough pressure to build up in the well. That is why they are looking to fracture the formation. Check the announcement- also the video link is extremely helpful. Of course a lack of
    enough gas is also a possibility.
