doe anyone think the large volume of shares on issue means there are still large sellers waiting who got in at 0.01-0.05 and if atocha is good to go they will sell sell on up-side meaning SP won't go up much?
also if atocha is so good why did Chevron give it up?
just playing devils advocate as don't want to get ahead of myself when the good news comes...hopefully
