How can you owe the tax office $3.9m and still argue that you are solvent. The tax office should have put them out of their misery months ago as they owed $3m the previous year. The ATO is not a bank and should not fund desperate small caps.
If we assume all the money raised paid the ATO and other short term loans - there would be nothing left from the capital raising and the company is still burning cash.
