I doubt ABQ will ever come out of suspension, it should have happened two years ago.

Australian Tax Office investigators have reported attended the Gold Coast offices of Allied Brands Ltd. (ABQ) in search of money unpaid to the tax office. Employees at the Gold Coast have referred these investigators to the Christie monthly rental offices used by the ABQ financial department on Adelaide Street in Brisbane.

Christie Corporate has confirmed that Allied Brands is in arrears in payments for this office area as well.

The ATO is in search of not only employee-withheld tax deductions, but a reported $290,000 in unpaid superannuation contributions including employee-made top-ups.

It's also been reported that the Department of Immigration
and Citizenship (DOIC) has filed a criminal complaint against Allied Brands in relation to a "457 Visa Scam" being run by Baskin Robbins and subsequent lying to the government by the company.
The scheme collapsed because the shops provided to the immigrants were known dud locations, the migrants lost their money, and were deported.
