I believe all the infrastructure (plant etc) is already set up, came as part of the deal. No real set up costs. See last ann detailing acquisition.
Mr Syrah SYR - Tolga Kumova just came on board as at today's announcement. Major win for this project - must be something special for him to come on board as his first thing since SYR.
