There was a single purchase of over 3 million shares at $24.85 after market close – at 20 cents over the market price. It seems to me that you would only invest such an amount ($77 million) if you knew something was happening soon. Maybe I’m getting too optimistic, so feel free to correct me if there’s another interpretation.
