Going back to this..I am genuinely curious what impact the recent interest rate change will have on ALL's very significant debt. Is this going to be a noose around their neck every damned report now? It is very much the elephant in the room most people are ignoring (mainly because of the media conveniently skipping over it when it suits their purpose) so just looking at PE ratios etc is scary as it does not factor this debt in and the impact it is going to have on NPAT when it is paid down?
