I don't think it has a high PE given the growth forecast. Given the 30% decline it could be there are fundamental growth problems that are not fully declared, who knows. I always though the digital games business for example is very fickle. I don't think it is a bargain buy given the huge decline - something stinks. If I was looking to get in I would wait until it bottoms.
