I also have talked to Tim Chapman in the past about these articles and they are nearly always false and misleading. I didn't quite understand the article wording but let me just say, WWI has no helicopters so how could they supply helicopters. They would hire helicopters on an as required basis. WWI I know are very careful to do everything by the book and legally, this being the main reason I have stuck them out of the last 3 years. I retain my Long Term Buy view on WWI.
