    I would be not surprised if things have been delayed slightly due to needing to get Mr Wang up to speed. Restarting is a damn big decision and you'd want to make sure that everyone was on the same page. The share price has taken a pounding since PGO announced other treatment plans, but there was reference to discussions with multiple parties in regard to toll treatment, so not too worried yet. Quarterly due in three weeks - hopefully a few more insights than the last one....
