We've listed many of the positive before in precious threads and all are valid.
For me the over hanging factors are;
- we all agreed that at 1,000 BOE/D AOK deserves attention from fund managers and the like. We are there now, and have been consistently over past few months, yet we've had what I would call a modest gain.
- Australian oilers aren't getting valued at what we would call fair value. AOK has since listed on US & Canadian markets, we've seen a little traction but not what we would be hoping for.
- convertible notes and options have provided some additional selling pressure but not what I would consider anything significant. Now that over hang is gone.
I'm trying to figure out what will drive the next leg up; retail share holders, fund managers, the Stone's, US & Canadian markets...or a potential take-over?
The macro environment seems stable and oil has held that $100 mark, and AOK has very good cash reserves...
I'm thinking I might just wait another couple of weeks...
