it is unfortunate, i believe one of the points they used to sing the praises of the deal in the original announcement was it would prevent excessive shareholder dilution.

Seems though it didnt pan out according to plan.

Wonder how the plans to for that small processing plant are going.

Might be a better option to send them a container load of old cluff shovels and put the locals to work with some gold pans.
