Whilst KMC looks good it has a market cap 4 times that of BNR and believe Bulletin can recommission their plant with minimum dilution given their current cash reserves.
Even allowing for a small raising can see BNR in production with 100 million or less shares on issue which would be a rare event for a Goldie.
Given current market cap and impressive grades from recent results I believe BNR is worth a small punt.

Would like the thoughts from others on the likely costs of recommissioning.
