When you are a small Co and scrapping for dough, give the o's plenty of time to run their course. I mean plenty, min of 3-5 years, Set the exercise price low, in the 5 -15 c range, so there is a chance they will give the Co ( and Punter) some $$, but last of all - think out your projected timelines with the corresponding significant events in the company history.Occasionally it will, viz, Sandfire, but they have no public options to reap the reward, If you dont know what you plan to achieve it won't happen.
