Frankly, finding one like this isn't easy as it sounds. there are plenty of small caps in this sector but to me, none have been the compete complete package as mentioned by whatsup. With a bit of luck, this can be the next great energy play - Dare i say, where it ends is Octanex SP could potentially 4,000% higher in the next two year.
