Sorry, some of my message didn't go through. A rights issue is similar to a share split really as a rights issue in non-dilutive as all shareholders can either take up the rights or sell them - all it does is increase the volume of shares traded relative to the percentage of new shares made available through the rights and as CUV is well cashed up at present is very unlikely they would consider doing this.
