At this time news goes quiet. SP movement and volume is depressed. Tha company can’t share this information to the market. The market wonders and starts to hedge. Those in the know quietly collect stock. Then, on the odd occasion, when it seems so quiet and dark and you wonder if the sun will rise. The flood lights are on and the deal was done.
