Can hardly be a pump and dump with less than a million shares traded today - while the price was rising slowly over the previous 10 days the daily trading volumes were much higher.
I'm a novice in wildly speculative uninformed market analysis, but it looks more like someone is accumulating a stake and took a breather today to let the price come back down before the next phase of buying.
