    If someone is really dumping small vol into the market to trigger stops and scoop up shares (ie, “legal” manipulation), I don’t think setting order minimums to $500 would deter them.

    If someone has an interest in pushing the price lower on small vol just for kicks or to rattle sentiment, again I don’t think $500 is a deterrent.
