u dont need to wait for another 12 month... if by april 17, Xtek get Land 129 contract, we will be north of $1 at least, because everything else including Xtatlas and Xtviz will come with it, and XTE will be cemented to be the player for defence in this area.

if Land 129 somehow not go ahead for whatver 1% probability of reasons, we will be no more than 25c.

I do hope before end of 2016, they can confirm they at least have 5.5mil sales order to complete this fy so that the share price has a solid ground to take off and not landing back any more
