I agree Bill that time needs to be taken to get the right deal.
However, if previous ANNs mention a possible FO by end of 2018, then management MUST continue to update the market on their ongoing progress. To say nothing would be seen as failure.
(best next time not to put possible dates in ANNs DW!)
An ANN now can steady the ship .....but if no ANN by year end, then.....
