I'm thinking that there will only be an announcement if and when a farm-out deal is done and that until then it would be unprofessional to say anything. No matter who is negotiating with who, it amounts to nothing more than hot air until a deal is signed, sealed and delivered. Take your time lads, a good deal is worth far more than a rushed deal.
