I am with you why pay 2c ,they can just pick up all the shares that are on offer on market or right issue 1.8 c.I think they will have to pull a rabbit out of the hat ,to fill the offer unless there is good news soon .i was going to take the offer up ,but not sure i will now ,not much point .
