No reason for the value of the company (or SP) to decline. We've shifted some water, but the oil is still there. It has been there for a while, and if anyone manages to siphon some off, as long as they tell us how they did it we will not press charges.
We've lost nothing except time, although that only applies to those who sold nothing. Any investor that did sell probably bought cheaper so made a small profit - those that sold at a loss probably did not understand the nature of long term investment, but maybe they do now.
Obviously, the other projects ( 3 planned conventional wells) are now likely to overtake the HRZ project - and although smaller in terms of potential "oil in ground", should provide a cash injection to enable further proving to take place in both conventional and shale projects.
I wonder what the prospect of a special dividend would be, if the cash injection turned out to be mammoth. As Shakespeare once said "No shares, No Divi" - then again it could have been Bugs Bunny.
