Your numbers are right.
Here's my guess....
The missing piece of information we don't know is how many Soarcoins Phua had in the first place.
We know that BPPL originally had 306,250,000 and must have sold 127,066,832 before they were suspended by Soarlabs, which works out that they (BPPL) realised 41% of the Soarcoin value they held. Phua may have held 50m Soarcoin so may feel his entitlement of the pay back is porportionate and therefore more than BPPL???
Just a guess...
Or...
They probably just made it up on a whim!
