I think it's refering to the uneven distribution of gold within the mineralised system.
ie. Drill a hole, get enormous high grade hits, drill some more holes close by get squat.
I think it's a bit of a stretch to make those comparisons to wattle dam with those grades. Wattle dam grades in the kg/t as opposed to g/t in places.
