that is a pretty detailed letter from asx, not your standard query. long letter = cranky asx and chm's response is too smug. with asic now having a greater role in policing, chm will want to hope that judge makes a decision before much longer because this is going pear shaped one way or another pretty soon. you can't make a huge capital gain boys if the shares arn't listed! imho this issue is only the tip of a disclosure iceburg. what else dodgy havn't they told share holders? For starters, what are chm's new "friends" getting out of any win in exchange for this facility???
