I have posted before of my strong concerns about the XAO & ASX, ASIC & the ACCC. My dismay continues since IMHO we are a global laughing stock [sic] & 'soft touch'.
IMHO it is a bit like giving a bone to a beagle dog to mind - the ASX benefits from volality & has monopoly control of our boarse.
IMHO this is a very poor joke on Ozzie investors & traders - exacerbated by poor managment & regulation. IMHO a blind miner could identify ongoing covered shorting, insider trading, market manipulation etc. etc. etc. The way in which companies like ABS were alllowed to be ruthlessy & covertly targeted, amidst a sea of vicious rumors defies belief.
If these guys were normal workers at a minimum they would be charged with incompetence & sacked.
In case you've forgotten, the start of cfd trading by the ASX marked the beginning of massive market turmoil & a drop of 26% for our boarse - almost to the day!
