Greymatter its called disclosure and CHM's percentage is a fair question that the ASX needs to ask the directors.
Read the companies own Corporate Governance statement.
Also Greymatter its concerning that the funders only shareholder is a company in the British Virgin Islands. A place difficult for Australians to find who the directors and shareholders are.
I am not a fan of non disclosure and will continue to ask for openess with Australian mining companies that use the BVI to place there little shareholdings in before taking the profits to Hong Kong as this BVI house specilizes in.
