The MD did advise some months ago that shareholders in Oz held about 10m shares which was not enough to relist on the ASX. He was hoping that one of the current large Canadian shareholders would need to sell their holding and he would sell those shares via the ASX. But as nobody is willing to sell, he will have to generate another option. From his recent Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cNO09zliWM#t=13) he does mention that he is looking at financing some of the 2014 expenses and keeping the cash. So a CR in Oz to raise say $20m would open the door for the ASX relisting.
