For me the results are very encouraging.
They have identified "ppm mineralsation" in a number of extremely wide spaced locations in the basement host to the major nearby goldfields. I suppose this really shouldn't be unexpected as the basement is simply covered by much younger barren sediments and why shouldn't this basement be mineralised to some extent. It has just been that people in the past thought it was too hard a search. BHP being a big compamy had the resources and vision to have a bit of a go but in the end BHP wasn't going to be a gold company. Gold is too small for them.
I personally still like the East target which they have barely touched. I'd be doing wide spaced driling all the way between the Sebastian fault and the tenement boundary to the east also covering those BLEG anomalies. Like elsewhere we already have ppm gold and a fairly high (almost screaming ) arsenic anomaly in the East.
Bit of a gruesome reference sorry, but arsenic seems to be strongly associated with Victorian goldfields, even to the extent of being blamed for slightly higher levels of past cancer risk.

As I speculated, average punters won't have the stomach for this as you need to know something about the exploration process to start seeing the significance at such an early stage. It's probably likely that when (and if) the real discovery comes it will catch many of us napping. Still if you are looking for a potential big multibagger with relatively low downside this looks like the perfect stock IMO. Fosterville practically guarantees that if a real dicovery is made on CHN's ground it's going to attract a lot of attention.
Also when looking at those drill sections remember that the vertical scale has been expanded relative to the horizontal scale so the "coverage" is way less prominent than it appears. Try and imagine those sections with a non-stretched vertical scale then you can see how little real depth coverage has been achieved. This is really an ambitious exploration effort considering the raw nature of the targets and the scales involved. Let's hope the usual rule in the exploration game doesn't apply here, where the third or four holder (explorer) ends up making the discovery. What are we, the second holders? Esh
