As much as you would like to make the ' connection ' to South America and in particular Argentina - It was not a Columbia Bank as you have stated. Pacific Continental Corporation merged with Foundation Bankcorp Inc. in June 2016 which was then taken over by Columbia Banking System - based in Tocoma Washington USA........ That's not to say that it still isn't a good thing as I have already stated in my posts.
